Online Therapy specialties:
Fit online therapy into your life.
You're busy- I get it. You want help, but you need therapy to fit into your life. That's where my approach to online therapy comes in. I use evidence-based practices and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, so I am equipped to help you as an individual or couple, keeping in mind all of the relationships and context that makes you who you are.
I offer online video sessions (in a HIPAA-compliant platform), an online client portal for scheduling, messaging, and paperwork, and automatic appointment reminders. So you can have all the tools to make therapy possible and convenient.

During your consultation, we’ll answer any questions you have about online therapy, and discuss your needs in individual therapy or couples therapy and how I can help you.
My goal is to make therapy a safe and welcoming space for all. Whether you identify as a person of color, LGBTQIA+, or differently-abled than me, please know that you are welcome here. I am dedicated to addressing my own perspectives and seeking further education to best serve others. You can read more about my equity statement on my FAQ page.
